Delivery time
All our articles are usually available from stock. Delivery time approximately 1 week for European countries.

Delivery time other countries
The delivery time will be approximately 7 tot 15 days to countries outside the EU

Shipping costs
Europe: All products are delivered at a flat rate of € 1.95
International: All products are delivered at a flat rate of € 3.95

Warranty
Fix-A-Zipper products are guaranteed for one year on manufacturing faults.

Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return your order to Fix-A-Zipper within 14 days after delivery. Please inform us first on info@fix-a-zipper.com The cost of return shipping will be for your account. Returned items are accepted only if they are unused and, if possible, packed in its original packaging.
